Yes. Students who are not enrolled at a school can still sit IGCSE in Kuwait as private candidates, entered through the British Council Kuwait or another approved centre. Plan around the entry deadline, which closes months before the exam.
Most Kuwait candidates sit Cambridge in May/June or October/November. Cambridge's last entry date is 21 February for June and 16 August for November, and centres tend to close sooner. Pearson Edexcel International GCSE runs in May/June and November, and International A Level adds a January series for A-Level students who want an extra sitting.

Kuwait City students applying to US universities often take the Digital SAT next to their IGCSE, A-Level or IB courses. The test runs on College Board's Bluebook app at an approved centre, on the same weekends worldwide, with 2027 sittings on 6 March, 1 May and 5 June 2027 (College Board dates and deadlines).
Kuwait students can prepare for the Digital SAT one to one or in a small group of 3 to 5. A diagnostic test comes first so lessons target the questions your child actually misses. A target score is an aim, not a promise: progress depends on attendance and on doing the practice set between lessons.
